F.A. Junior Football Organisers Award
The JFO has been designed to support the development of young volunteers aged 14 – 18 working in or hoping to get involved in youth football.

The JFO course will ensure that all candidates will have football specific knowledge and skills to assist in the delivery of football specific activities for players aged 6 – 11.  This will in turn assist in the development of more localised playing opportunities for girls and boys within the local community.

Sports Leaders Awards
The sports leadership awards are for anyone who wants to increase their confidence, self-esteem and self-management. The qualifications aim to teach leadership skills through sports activities which may then lead to employment, further education or volunteering.   

Duke of Edinburgh Awards
Watford Football Club was voted ‘Community Club of the Year’ in 2008 and is very excited to enter into partnership with the Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

The club has run a number of projects for hundreds of local young people including FA Level 1 and 2 Coaching Courses, Basketball Level 1, JFO & CSLA Courses.
