John Lewis pledge support to Extra Time project

On Saturday 29th October, John Lewis, Watford were guests of Watford’s Community Sports and Education Trust at the Watford v Peterborough United fixture.

This is the third year in which John Lewis, Watford have committed to sponsoring Watford’s successful Extra Time project which is delivered at Watford Football Club every Thursday morning for the 55+. A whole range of activities are on offer including carpet bowls, Nintendo Wii, Tai Chi, exercise classes, IT lessons, board games and refreshments.

Just before kick off a cheque presentation took place in the Corporate Lounge where Kate Leach and colleagues from John Lewis, Watford presented Neil Hart,

Head of Community, WFC CSE Trust with a cheque to the value of £5,000.
