The Trust currently holds the Charter Standard Holiday Course award which is a kite mark for excellence and listed below are just a few reasons why we hold the accreditation.

Themed activity days - Each day has a fun theme for example Matchday Monday involves lots of Games, tournaments and competitions. Funky Thursday is where they dress up in there most colourful kits and face paints, including the coaches!

Multi-Sport weeks - Available at Funweek venues. Sports include: Kwik cricket, speed stacking, tennis, volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, athletics, uni-hockey and even Horse racing!

Qualified Coaching staff - All our courses are delivered by coaches with a minimum level 1 FA qualification, a current child protection and 1st aid certificates. They also have been CRB checked and hold a current certificate.

PDC Recommendation - All players have the chance to be recommended to one of our three very successful Watford FC Player Development centres.

Player appearances - Watford player appearances at various funweek venues.

Gifts - All participants will receive a free gift and certificate on completion of the course. There is also the chance to win trophies and medals throughout the week.

Rookie Coach Scheme - The Rookie Coach Scheme is aimed at 13-15 year olds and is designed to give young coaches an opportunity to gain first hand experiance being a 'Community Coach' gaining knowledge, ideas and confidence along the way.   The scheme is perfect for youngsters keen to pursue a career in coaching and is ideal preparation for the Junior Football Organisers Course or the FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football.  The scheme is available at any of our holiday course venues.
