Watford Learning Centre is based at Vicarage Road Stadium and boasts a 10 year track record of delivering high class learning provisions. The Centre was awarded QiSS (Quality in Study Support) advanced award in December 2007 which is presented to organisations who are deemed to be 'leading edge' in the field of out-of-school hours learning.
