Positive Minds is the Trust’s mental health and well-being programme that delivers a range of provisions to support; people experiencing poor mental health, the individuals who engage with people with poor mental health, as well as promoting awareness of mental health and useful coping strategies. There are three programmes within this programme: Positive Minds; Education · Introduction to Mental Health The overarching theme of the programme is to build effective and healthy coping strategies, to normalise conversations around mental health, improving overall understanding of mental health and to demonstrate where and who to go for help and support.
