About
What I do
I work in the health and wellbeing department and manage the youth link programme. It is a social prescribing service intervention/ prevention support programme for young people aged 10 to 18.
The programme aims to educate young people’s awareness of mental health and empower the, to understand and how to cope with daily life stresses.
The programme involves six 1-1 sessions for a period of 6 months where, I work with the young person to develop an action plan and refer them to community organisations to help them improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
Everyone deserves to be supported and heard, and now is my chance to make a positive difference by giving back to the community.
I want to make positive difference because…
I want to make a positive change in someone’s life, to support them to continue being their best versions of themselves.
My Trust Value
Integrity – Integrity is important because it’s the foundation for trust, credibility, and strong relationships—both personally and professionally.
