What I do
My role as a receptionist/duty officer at the Meriden Community Centre is to greet/welcome members of the public/participants into the centre. Booking them onto the correct group, taking payments, answering telephone enquires and emails. I also get the rooms set up with the correct equipment for the activity and make sure the rooms are in a clean state for each group.
