Summary of Your Role
Your role will be to deliver a holistic class (yoga/Pilates) to NHS Staff employed at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals at Vicarage Road Stadium.
Your Roles and Responsibilities, but Not Limited To
Your main responsibilities will be to plan and deliver safe and effective exercise in a supportive way. The Trust delivers a range of different programmes and there maybe opportunities to deliver on a range of programmes (although rates of pay may vary).
You Must Have
- A Pilates or Yoga Qualification
- Ability to motivate people to take part in physical activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the Trust Commitment to EDI and Safeguarding.
- Valid Emergency Aid
- You Ideally Would Have
Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
- Level 3 GP Referral.
