Cedars Youth and Community Centre (Harrow) – Special January Offer!

• Discounted Joining Fee: New members can join Cedars for just a £15 joining fee—an exclusive January deal!
• Ten Free Sessions for Existing Members: If you’re already a member, you’re in luck! Get ten free sessions to enjoy this month.

Located at HA3 6QH, the Cedars gym is a perfect spot for those looking for a friendly, welcoming, and fully equipped space to work out. Suitable for All: Open to everyone aged 16 and above.

To help you get started, all new members are required to undergo a free induction with a qualified staff member to ensure you feel comfortable using the equipment and are set up for success. It’s the ideal place to set yourself up for a healthier year ahead.

The gym remains open the rest of the year and offers affordable membership at just £30 per year, with a nominal £1 payment per visit, making it an accessible option for all.

Meriden Community Centre (Watford) – Special January Offer!

• Discounted Joining Fee: New members can sign up for just £25, which is a reduction from the usual £39 joining fee.
• Twelve Free Sessions for Existing Members: Current members can enjoy twelve free sessions to kick-start the New Year with a boost.

The Meriden Community Centre, located at WD25 9ET, also offers an excellent environment for anyone looking to get fit. With its well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, this gym is perfect for those who want to work out and improve their health in a supportive, local setting.

To get started, new members will also be required to complete an induction with a qualified staff member to ensure you know how to make the most of the gym’s equipment and facilities.

Post January there is still affordable membership with an annual fee of £39 per year, which also includes the option to purchase 12 sessions for just £12 to be used within one month, making it a great value for those who want flexibility in their fitness schedule. Thereafter there is a £2 fee per visit (or £1.50 for Watford Community Housing members).
