Bio
Fiona has spent the past eighteen years working
across local authorities, the NHS, and the voluntary
sector, specialising in partnership development,
project management, and transformation. She holds
a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management
in Public Services, a Postgraduate Certificate in
Healthcare Leadership, a BA in Social Science and
Social Policy, and both Foundation and Practitioner
qualifications in Prince2 project management.
Although Fiona has lived in West Hertfordshire for the
past 30 years – calling Watford, Hemel Hempstead,
and now Kings Langley home – her early childhood
was spent in Papua New Guinea. She remains closely
connected to her northern roots and frequently visits
her large family in the Middlesbrough and Redcar
area.
Beyond her professional life, Fiona is a dedicated
parent to two football-loving children, both of whom
play for local under-13 boys’ and girls’ teams.
