Dreams re-united: Stadium Sleepout back for 2025!
Watford Community vs Homelessness
From Friday 28th February into Saturday 1st March, Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust are once again joining forces with One YMCA, DENS, Herts Young Homeless, and New Hope to raise awareness of the number of people facing Homelessness in Watford and the surrounding districts and raise funds to go towards combatting homelessness.
The sleepout, taking place in Watford FC’s iconic Vicarage Road Stadium, is an exciting and rare opportunity for you to experience what the stadium is like when all the matchday-supporting fans have gone home.
You will be swapping the comfort of your bed for a sleeping bag overlooking the pitch from the Rookery Stand. During the evening, this unique event will feature special guests and ambassadors from charities in attendance providing information and awareness on this important cause, as well as a range of different activities. Food and refreshments will be available during the event, with more information on this and the activities to follow.
Proceeds will be split evenly amongst the five partaking charities. The event is planned to run from 7pm until 7am.
How much does the Sleepout cost?
£30 for adults.
£15 for under-18s. (Minimum age 8.) All U18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Included in the registration fee:
- 3 drinks tokens
- Hot meal
- Breakfast roll
- Live entertainment and activities
- Free parking at the Hospital multi-storey car park
How much will I need to fundraise? We are asking participants to raise a suggested target of £150. If you raise £350 you will get an exclusive Stadium Sleep Out jumper!
