Step Up for Health!

Step Up is a unique stair-climbing challenge event taking place on Saturday 1st June 2024 at Vicarage Road Stadium, the home of Watford FC.

Run, walk, or climb, your way up and down the stands of this 20,000+ seater stadium. With chipped timing available, you can set yourself a target, compete amongst your friends, or simply just try and complete it!

However you do it, know that you’ll be supporting the health and wellbeing of thousands of local people, via Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust and West Herts Hospitals Charity.

This fundraising event, supported by AMYA UK, will see you scale the equivalent of climbing up and down the iconic Empire State Building.

Included in the registration fee:

• Chipped timing
• Refreshments along the route
• Medal upon completion
• Goodybag including including gym passes from Anytime Fitness and products from Lush in Watford plus more!

• Full route (All stands) 9.30am registration

 

In collaboration with Penguin Books, special prizes are up for grabs: the first ten participants to cross the finish line, along with the top 10 fundraisers from the event, will receive The Sunday Times Sports Book of the Year – Watford Forever, the story of Elton John’s ownership of Watford Football Club and its transformational journey to the top of the first division under iconic manager Graham Taylor. One additional book will be available as a raffle prize.
