Marie Hart is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with a Masters in HR Management and over 20 years of experience across sectors including sport, healthcare, and start-ups.
She now runs her own HR consultancy providing HR advice, executive coaching, and workplace mediation to SMEs.
Originally from Harrow and now based in St Albans, Marie is passionate about supporting her local community and brings experience in governance, safeguarding, and organisational experience to her role as trustee.
