Bio
Following a successful career leading multidisciplinary
teams in the retail industry with WHSmith, Staples, IKEA
and M&S, Terry has spent the last 7 years supporting
organisational and cultural change, working as a
People Consultant at OSS Retail, The British Retail
Consortium and The Centre for Inclusive Leadership.
More recently, Terry has worked internationally,
leading large scale projects to develop economic
opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged
groups.
He recently started in his current role at NFP
Europe, leading their approach to Organisational
Transformation as People and Change Lead.
Terry is vastly experienced in building, coaching
and leading teams to create high performance
environments that deliver results and develop people
capability. Expert in leading the design, delivery and
development of innovative leadership programmes
and learning solutions that empowers leadership
capability from early careers to Director and C-Suite.
