Golden Memories is a reminiscence programme for individuals living with mild to moderate dementia. It provides a positive and supportive space where participants and their carers can relax, have fun, build friendships, and share experiences, while feeling understood, heard, and part of the golden community.

What to Expect
Sessions are designed to cater to a wide range of interests, abilities, and experiences, ensuring everyone can take part in a way that suits them.
Activities include:
- Football talks from historians, former players, and staff
- Watford FC reminiscence activities using a range of memorabilia to evoke personal memories
- Live music performances that help reconnect people with meaningful moments in their lives
- Arts-based and reminiscence activities
- Occasional trips and days out, giving participants and carers the chance to explore local place and enjoy time outside the home
