Which of our Trust values means the most to you, and why?
Inclusivity means the most to me because it’s a value I feel strongly about in both my personal and professional life. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. In my role, I’m particularly passionate about making Higher Education accessible and creating opportunities for people who may not have previously seen university as an option for them.
How do you contribute to our goal of healthier, happier, stronger communities?
Through my role, I help create education and personal development opportunities that enable people to build their confidence, skills and aspirations. I’m passionate about using the power of sport and education to help people realise their potential, whether that’s supporting students to access Higher Education, teaching content on the degree or creating pathways into meaningful careers. Ultimately, I hope my work helps people to feel supported, valued and equipped to make a positive contribution to their own communities.
