How do you contribute to our goal of healthier, happier, stronger communities?
As Football Development Manager at Watford FC CSE Trust, I contribute to healthier, happier and stronger communities by leading the football provision across our Football & Education Programme at Whitmore High School.
My role is focused on developing young people through football, combining high-quality coaching with education, personal development. I aim to create an environment where students can develop their football ability while building confidence, resilience, teamwork, leadership and the skills needed to succeed both on and off the pitch.
A key part of my role is helping students understand and access the opportunities available to them beyond the programme. Whether that is progressing into higher levels of football, pursuing university opportunities, gaining coaching qualifications, or moving into employment, I want every student to have a clear pathway and the support to achieve their ambitions.
Ultimately, I believe football can be a powerful tool for positive change. By combining sport, education and personal development, I aim to help young people become healthier, happier and stronger individuals, while giving them the confidence, experiences and opportunities to build a successful future.
